Reimbursement Survives Termination. In the event of the termination of this Lease by expiration of the stated term or for any other cause or reason whatsoever prior to the determination of rental adjustment as hereinafter set forth, Xxxxxx’s agreement to reimburse Landlord up to the time of termination shall survive termination of the Lease and Tenant shall pay any amount due to Landlord within fifteen (15) days after being billed therefor.
