Reimbursements by Indemnitees Generally. If, for any reason, Lessee is required to make any payment with respect to any Taxes imposed on any Indemnitee in respect of the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements or on the Aircraft, the Airframe, the Engines, the Parts of any part thereof, which Taxes are not the responsibility of the Lessee with respect to such Indemnitee, then such Indemnitee shall pay to the Lessee within 30 days of the Lessee's demand therefor an amount which equals the amount actually paid by the Lessee with respect to such Taxes.
