Common use of Reimbursements for Other Operational Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursements for Other Operational Expenses. This Agreement does not address the reimbursement of any costs or expenses associated with Operational Services other than Seconded Employee Expenses. To the extent that an Operator or any Affiliate of an Operator incurs any out-of-pocket expenses (other than Seconded Employee Expenses) in connection with the provision of Operational Services, such Operator or Affiliate may be entitled to reimbursement therefor under the terms of the Partnership Agreement or the Omnibus Agreement.
