Common use of Reimbursements for Other Operational Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursements for Other Operational Expenses. This Agreement does not address the reimbursement of any costs or expenses associated with Services other than Seconded Employee Expenses. To the extent that GPRE or any Affiliate of GPRE incurs any out-of-pocket expenses (other than Seconded Employee Expenses) in connection with the provision of Services, GPRE or such Affiliate may be entitled to reimbursement therefor under the terms of the Partnership Agreement or the Omnibus Agreement.
