Reimbursements Upon Prior Approval. The Owner will not make reimbursement for any other expenses unless the Owner requests the services for which the expense will be incurred and the Owner approves the expense before the service is rendered. Reproduction costs, courier services, and long distance telephone charges shall, however, be reimbursable at actual invoiced cost to the Program Manager.
