Reinstatement of Healthcare Coverage. I understand that I may elect, at any time during the year, to reinstate my healthcare coverage. Such coverage will then be provided as soon as possible following receipt of written notification by the County. Lastly, I understand that my election to waive healthcare coverage, followed by an election to reinstate such coverage is limited to once per year, and is subject to the rules and procedures of the carrier.
