Additional Guidelines. The College retains the right to adopt additional guidelines and procedures (“Additional Guidelines”) that are needed to ensure the safety and convenience of the residents during the specified contract period. Residents are generally informed of such Additional Guidelines via email, through notices placed in one-campus mailboxes, and/or by verbal announcements from the Dorm Supervisor staff. Such Additional Guidelines are incorporated into this document and become part of the resident’s housing contract.

Additional Guidelines. Company reserves the right to establish or modify its Service offerings, general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, and if applicable provide alternative Service offerings and practices, with approximately thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Company also reserves the right to block IP addresses originating a Denial of Service (DoS) attack. Company shall notify Subscriber should this condition exist and inform Subscriber of its action. Once blocked, an IP address shall not be able to access the Service and the block may be removed once Company is satisfied corrective action has taken place to resolve the issue.

Wheel locking devices may be required. 4.31.2.6 Obtain and carry formal identification. (This means a Florida Driver’s License or Florida Identification Card.) Proper identification will be required to be admitted to the institution. 4.31.2.7 Establish materials storage and working areas with the Warden or Colonel. 4.31.2.8 Do not shutdown any utilities without the prior approval of the Warden or Colonel. 4.31.2.9 Do not traffic with inmates. Absolutely no transactions are to occur between Contractor’s personnel and inmates. This includes a prohibition against giving or receiving anything. 4.31.2.10 Do not communicate with inmates, verbal or otherwise, without the institution’s authorization.

All full-time employees are eligible to work overtime assignments as determined by tour operation functions mandated by minimum staffing requirements and their name shall appear on the overtime list, with exception to the following: 1. The employee elects to add or remove his/her name from the overtime lists by submitting a written request to their Tour Supervisor/Senior Dispatcher. 2. An employee is off work due to a leave (paid or unpaid) due to sickness, FMLA or other full or limited disability leave whereby the member cannot perform duties required by his job description. 3. The employee is attending SCOC training academy, or any other training course that has been authorized by the department (lasting more than 1 week). b. Leave days (vacation, E-days) must be submitted at least eight (8) days in advance. Exceptions to this would be personal days, comp time and holidays, which may be utilized in accordance to the contract (48 hours in advance, for personal days, comp time and holidays). 1. If an Officer/Dispatcher who has exhausted his/her holidays, comp time and personal days needs to utilize leave time with less than an eight (8) day notice, he must request and get approval from his/her Tour Captain/Dispatch Captain. c. Overtime shall not be offered to employees who are in attendance at a mandatory in-service training (in other words, do not interrupt training classes to offer overtime). An employee can be offered overtime upon their departure from the training, if their name is next on the overtime list. d. No employee shall work more than 16 consecutive hours. If an employee is offered overtime hours that would put him/her over the 16 hour limit, he/she cannot accept the overtime hours. e. If an employee is on a leave day (vacation, holiday, personal day, etc.) he/she cannot work overtime on his/her own tour. The employee is eligible to work overtime on a tour other than his/her own. f. When emergency overtime is required (i.e. last second shift shortage), the overtime list can be bypassed and overtime would be offered on a “first come/first served” basis. 1. If emergency overtime is needed, the Tour Supervisor/Senior Dispatcher shall provide documentation as to the circumstances that necessitated the overtime. g. In the event an employee utilizes a sick day, he/she is not eligible to accept an overtime assignment within a 24 hour period of time from the start of the Tour he/she called in sick for. The Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) contract with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care requires that PIHPs comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, including laws and rules pertaining to worker’s compensation. In an effort to confirm that Designated Youth Tobacco Use Representatives (DYTURs) contracting with the PIHPs are compliant with worker’s compensation laws, including coverage of students employed (receiving cash payments for services) by DYTURs performing Synar, non-Synar and vendor education activities in which students are utilized, Provider shall maintain and supply to PAYOR upon request, verification of DYTURs coverage compliance.

DSI shall provide at least sixty (60) days’ prior notice of any such modification. DSI also reserves the right to block IP addresses originating a Denial of Service (DoS) attack or IP addresses causing excessive amounts of data to be sent to DSI servers. DSI shall notify Subscriber should this condition exist and inform Subscriber of its action.
