Common use of Reiteration Clause in Contracts

Reiteration. The representations set out in this Clause 8.1 are deemed to be made by the Pledgor by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing on the date of this Agreement (unless any such representation relates to an earlier date, in which case, such representation is deemed to be made by the Pledgor by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing on such earlier date) and are deemed to be repeated in accordance with the provisions of the Credit Agreement.
