Common use of Rejection of Purchase Order Clause in Contracts

Rejection of Purchase Order. Any rejection by Seller of an Order shall specify the reasons for rejection and any changes or additions that would make the Order acceptable to Seller; provided, however, that Seller may not reject any Order for reasons inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement or the applicable SBP.
