RESIDENT REPRESENTATIVES. Buyer reserves the right to assign representatives on an itinerant or resident basis at Seller's facilities or those of lower-tier subcontractors for the purpose of maintaining surveillance activities, including the right to witness any or all tests performed as part of the requirements of this Order. Seller shall provide Buyer's representatives with reasonable facilities and equipment, and unescorted free access to all areas essential to the proper conduct of the aforementioned activity throughout all phases of engineering, manufacturing, testing, packaging and shipping. In addition, Xxxxxx agrees to make available to Xxxxx's representatives pertinent planning, status, and forecast information and such other technical and management reporting as may be necessary for Buyer’s representatives to carry out their responsibilities.

RESIDENT REPRESENTATIVES. Boeing may, in its sole discretion, and for such period, as it deems necessary, locate resident personnel ("Resident Team") at Seller's facility to assist or support Seller. The Resident Team shall function under the direction of a resident Boeing manager, if appropriate, or a manager located at Boeing who will supervise Resident Team activities. Access by the Resident Team shall be subject to the regulations of any governmental agency regarding admissibility and movement of personnel on the premises of Seller or any of its subcontractors or suppliers, and Seller's normal workplace rules and regulations. Boeing shall notify Seller prior to the arrival of the Resident Team. Such notice shall contain the names, citizenship and positions of the Resident Team personnel and the expected duration and purpose of the Resident Team's activities. The Resident Team shall be allowed access to or to review, as the case may be, all work areas, program status reports and management reviews used for or relating to Seller's performance of the Agreement, but may not directly have access to any of Seller's Product cost or similar information. Seller shall supply the Resident Team with office space, desks, facsimile machines, telephones, high-speed access to internet services (if available from local providers), stationery supplies, filing cabinets, communication facilities, secretarial services and any other items reasonably requested by Boeing. A reasonable portion of the Resident Team's working area shall be dedicated to space for private telephone calls, meetings and similar Boeing activities. [ * ]. Development of pilot schemes to demonstrate the value and benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater to preserve and intensify agricultural production systems on degraded lands. Part C: Institutional Strengthening and Sensitization to Environmental Issues and IPA Methodology 1. Strengthening the capacity of institutions involved in implementation of the Project at the national, regional and local levels including RCADs and ADGs through the provision of logistical support, technical advisory services and adequate training programs. 2. Strengthening the CCU’s capacity to manage the Project efficiently including ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation, and compliance with all safeguard measures related to implementation of the environment and social protection framework. 3.   • Consultant’s Representative Consultant hereby designates XXXXXX, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Consultant’s Representative”).   • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. Staff representatives may have access to the Employer’s offices or facilities to carry out representational activities. The representatives will notify the Employer prior to their arrival and will not interrupt the normal operations of the Employer. The staff representative may meet with bargaining unit employees in non-work areas during the employee’s meal periods, rest periods, and before and after the employee’s shift. C. City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract.   • Project Representative City shall designate a Project Manager to represent City in coordinating this Project with Consulting Engineer/Architect, with authority to transmit instructions and define policies and decisions of City.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.
