SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. Except as otherwise disclosed in this contract, Seller has no knowledge of the following: (1) any flooding of the Property which has had a material adverse effect on the use of the Property; (2) any pending or threatened litigation, condemnation, or special assessment affecting the Property; (3) any environmental hazards that materially and adversely affect the Property; (4) any dumpsite, landfill, or underground tanks or containers now or previously located on the Property; (5) any wetlands, as defined by federal or state law or regulation, affecting the Property; or any threatened or endangered species or their habitat affecting the Property.

SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. The parties acknowledge that this Contract is NOT subject to the Illinois Residential Real Property Disclosure Act (765 ILCS 77/1, et seq.) and the Illinois Radon Awareness Act (420 ILCS 46/1, et seq.).
SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. The Seller discloses the following information with the knowledge that even though this is not a warranty, the Seller specifically makes the following representations based on the Seller’s knowledge at the signing of this document. The following are representations made solely by the Seller. This information is a disclosure only and is not intended to be a part of any contract between Buyer and Seller.
SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. Seller will immediately notify Boeing in writing when discrepancies in Seller's processes or Product are discovered or suspected for Products Seller has delivered or will deliver under this Agreement.
SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. Pursuant to §5.008, Texas Property Code, Buyer acknowledges receipt of the Seller’s Disclosure Notice. The notice was given to Buyer because the law requires the notice be given to Buyer. Buyer acknowledges Xxxxx has not relied on any of the statements set forth in the notice. Xxxxx waives the right to have the Property inspected by a qualified inspector because Xxxxx is satisfied as to the condition of the Property.
SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. The parties acknowledge that this Contract is subject to the Illinois Residential Real Property Disclosure Act (765 ILCS 77/1, et seq.) and the Illinois Radon Awareness Act (420 ILCS 46/1, et seq.). Xxxxx acknowledges receipt of a completed Residential Real Property Disclosure Report, Illinois Disclosure of Information on Radon Hazards and the IEMA pamphlet entitled “Radon Testing Guidelines for Real Estate Transactions”, prior to the time this Contract was signed and said disclosures are incorporated herein by reference.
SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. Seller shall provide written notification to Boeing within * when a nonconformance is determined to exist, or is suspected to exist, on Product already delivered to Boeing under any Order and the following is known: A. Affected process or Product number and name; B. Description of the problem (i.e., what it is and what it should be); C. Quantity and dates delivered; and D. Suspect/affected serial number(s) or date codes, when applicable. The Seller shall notify the Seller’s “ship-to” customer, Boeing’s Service Provider, the Boeing Procurement Representative and the Boeing Procurement Quality Assurance Field Representative for the Boeing location where the Product was delivered. If the nonconforming condition has been previously identified by Boeing, using a Nonconformance Record or other equivalent means and requesting a corrective action response, the Seller shall notify the Boeing investigator identified on the corrective action request that additional Product is affected.

SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. Buyer acknowledges that a Seller’s Disclosure Statement has been provided to Buyer. Seller shall provide Buyer with a Seller’s Disclosure Statement with Seller’s acceptance of this offer. Pursuant to the Seller Disclosure Act, MCL 565.951, et seq., Buyer will have 72 hours after hand-delivery of the disclosure statement (or 120 hours after delivery by registered mail) to terminate this Agreement by delivery of a written notice to Seller or Seller’s agent.
SELLER’S DISCLOSURE. Buyer/Optionee has received and reviewed a Sellers Disclosure Statement for the property prior to executing this contract to purchase the property. Buyer/Optionee agrees to purchase the property subject to the representations of its condition disclosed in the Disclosure Statement and to accept the property with those representations. Property Insurance: Until such time as Buyer/Optionee exercises this Option, Seller/Optionor shall keep the Property insured against loss by fire or other casualty, and shall maintain such insurance in an amount equal to the replacement value of the Property, as such as determined by Seller/Optionor’s property insurance carrier.
