Rejection of Unilateral Orders. The Contractor may reject any unilateral order if the Contractor determines that it cannot feasibly perform the order, or if the Contractor does not concur with the maximum ceiling amount. However, each unilateral order shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Contractor unless within fifteen days of issuance of the order, the Contractor notifies the Contracting Officer in writing of its rejection of the order.
