Enrollment and verification requirements. (1) If the Consultant is not enrolled as a Federal Contractor in E-Verify at time of Subcontract award, the Consultant shall—
(i) Enroll. Enroll as a Federal Contractor in the E-Verify program within 30 calendar days of Subcontract award;
(ii) Verify all new employees. Within 90 calendar days of enrollment in the E-Verify program, begin to use E- Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of the Consultant, who are working in the United States, whether or not assigned to the Subcontract, within 3 business days after the date of hire (but see paragraph B (3) of this section); and
Enrollment and verification requirements. (1) The Network Service Provider shall:
(a) Enroll as a provider in the E-Verify program within 30 calendar days of contract award or amendment.
(b) Within 90 calendar days of enrollment in the E-Verify program, begin to use E- Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility. All new employees assigned by the Network Service Provider or a Subcontractor to perform work pursuant to the contract with the Managing Entity shall be verified as employment eligible within three business days after the date of hire.
(2) The Network Service Provider shall comply, for the period of performance of this contract, with the requirement of the E-Verify program enrollment.
(a) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the Social Security Administration (SSA) may terminate the Network Service Provider’s enrollment and deny access to the E-Verify system in accordance with the terms of the enrollment. In such case, the Network Service Provider shall be referred to a DHS or SSA suspension or debarment official.
(b) During the period between termination of the enrollment and a decision by the suspension or debarment official whether to suspend or debar, the Network Service Provider is excused from its obligations under paragraph (b) of this clause. If the suspension or debarment official determines not to suspend or debar the Network Service Provider, then the Network Service Provider must re-enroll in E- Verify.
(c) Information on registration for and use of the E-Verify program can be obtained via the Internet at the Department of Homeland Security Web site: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/E-Verify.

(i) ENROLL. Enroll as a Federal Contractor in the E-Verify program within 30 calendar days of contract award;
(ii) VERIFY ALL NEW EMPLOYEES. Within 90 calendar days of enrollment in the E-Verify program, begin to use E-Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of the Subcontractor, who are working in the United States, whether or not assigned to the contract, within 3 business days after the date of hire (but see paragraph 40.2(c) of this section); and

(i) Enroll. Enroll as a Federal Contractor in the E-Verify program within 30 calendar days of this subcontract award;

Within 90 calendar days of enrollment in the E-Verify program, begin to use E-Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of the Seller, who are working in the United States, whether or not assigned to the contract, within 3 business days after the date of hire (but see paragraph (b)(3) of this section); and
(iii) Verify employees assigned to the contract. For each employee assigned to this subcontract, initiate verification within 90 calendar days after date of enrollment or within 30 calendar days of the employee’s assignment to the subcontract, whichever date is later (but see paragraph (b)(4) of this section).
(2) If the Seller is enrolled as a Federal Contractor in E-Verify at time of subcontract award, the Seller shall use E-Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility of—
(i) All new employees.
(A) Enrolled 90 calendar days or more. The Seller shall initiate verification of all new hires of the Seller, who are working in the United States, whether or not assigned to the contract, within 3 business days after the date of hire (but see paragraph (b)(3) of this section); or
(B) Enrolled less than 90 calendar days. Within 90 calendar days after enrollment as a Federal Contractor in E-Verify, the Seller shall initiate verification of all new hires of the Seller, who are working in the United States, whether or not assigned to the subcontract, within 3 business days after the date of hire (but see paragraph (b)(3) of this section); or

For each employee assigned to this subcontract, initiate verification within 90 calendar days after date of enrollment or within 30 calendar days of the employee’s assignment to the subcontract, whichever date is later (but see paragraph (b)(4) of this section).
(2) If the Seller is enrolled as a Federal Contractor in E-Verify at time of subcontract award, the Seller shall use E-Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility of—
(i) All new employees.

1) Enrolled thirty (30) calendar days or more. Contractor shall initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of the Contractor, who are working in the State of Florida, whether or not assigned to this Contract, within three (3) business days after the date of hire; or
2) Enrolled less than thirty (30) calendar days. Within thirty (30) calendar days after enrollment in E-Verify, Contractor shall initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of Contractor who are working in the State of Florida, whether or not assigned to this Contract, within three (3) business days after the date of hire; or
Enrollment and verification requirements. (a) CHLIC must be enrolled in E-Verify at time of contract award, and the CHLIC shall use E-Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility of
i. All new employees.
(A) Enrolled thirty (30) calendar days or more. CHLIC shall initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of the CHLIC, who are working in the State of Florida, whether or not assigned to this Contract, within three (3) business days after the date of hire; or
(B) Enrolled less than thirty (30) calendar days. Within thirty (30) calendar days after enrollment in E-Verify, CHLIC shall initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of CHLIC who are working in the State of Florida, whether or not assigned to this Contract, within three (3) business days after the date of hire; or
ii. Employees assigned to this Contract. For each employee assigned to this Contract, CHLIC shall initiate verification of employment eligibility, to the extent allowed by the E-Verify program, within thirty (30) calendar days after date of contract award or within thirty (30) days after assignment to this Contract, whichever date is later.
(b) CHLIC shall comply, for the period of performance of this Agreement, with the requirements of the E-Verify program MOU. Termination of CHLIC’s MOU and denial access to the E-Verify system by the Department of Homeland Security or the Social Security Administration or the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service is an event of default under this Agreement.
Enrollment and verification requirements. (1) The COALITION must be enrolled in E-Verify at time of execution of this Agreement, and the COALITION shall use E-Verify to initiate verification of employment eligibility of—
(i) All new employees.
(A) Enrolled 30 calendar days or more. The COALITION shall initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of the COALITION, who are working in the State of Florida, whether or not assigned to this Agreement, within 3 business days after the date of hire; or
(B) Enrolled less than 30 calendar days. Within 30 calendar days after enrollment in E- Verify, the COALITION shall initiate verification of employment eligibility of all new hires of the COALITION who are working in the State of Florida, whether or not assigned to this Agreement, within 3 business days after the date of hire.
Enrollment and verification requirements. If the Contractor is not enrolled as a Federal Contractor in E-Verify at time of contract award, the Contractor shall –
