Dress Code CONTRACTOR shall maintain a dress code for their employee’s with a minimum of shirts, pants, and work shoes/boots, in decent condition, at all times while the work is being performed. In the event the COUNTY determines ID badges are necessary, the COUNTY will provide CONTRACTOR with ID badges and CONTRACTOR agrees to enforce that its employees, whether employed by CONTRACTOR or a subcontractor, wear such ID badge while working on site for the Project/Service.
Illicit Code Except for the functions and features expressly disclosed in Supplier's documentation made available to Accenture, Deliverables will be free of any programs, subroutines, code, instructions, data or functions, (including but not limited to viruses, malware, worms, date bombs, time bombs, shut-down devices, keys, authorization codes, back doors or passwords allowing Supplier access) that may result in any inoperability, damage, interruption, or interference of the Deliverables or any equipment on which the Deliverables reside or with which the Deliverables are capable of communicating.

ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION (a) Seller shall perform this Agreement in a manner that ensures adequate protection for workers, the public, and the environment, and shall be accountable for actions of itself and its lower-tier subcontractors, agents and employees. Seller shall exercise a degree of care commensurate with the work and the associated hazards. Seller shall ensure that management of environment, safety and health (ES&H) functions and activities is an integral and visible part of Seller’s work planning and execution process. In the event that Xxxxxx fails to comply with this Agreement, Company may, without prejudice to any other legal or contractual rights, issue an order stopping all or any part of the work; thereafter a start order for resumption of work may be issued at Company’s discretion. Seller shall make no claim for an extension of time or for compensation or damages by reason of or in connection with such work stoppage. In addition, Company may require, in writing, that Seller remove from the work any employee the Company deems unsafe, incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.
Identity Protection Law Grantee must have and maintain a formal written information security program that provides safeguards to protect Confidential Information from loss, theft, and disclosure to unauthorized persons, as required by the Oregon Consumer Information Protection Act, ORS 646A.600-646A.628. If Grantee or its agents discover or are notified of a potential or actual “Breach of Security”, as defined by ORS 646A.602(1)(a), or a failure to comply with the requirements of ORS 646A.600 – 628, (collectively, “Breach”) with respect to Confidential Information, Grantee must promptly but in any event within one calendar day (i) notify the Agency Grant Manager of such Breach and (ii) if the applicable Confidential Information was in the possession of Grantee or its agents at the time of such Breach, Grantee must (a) investigate and remedy the technical causes and technical effects of the Breach and (b) provide Agency with a written root cause analysis of the Breach and the specific steps Grantee will take to prevent the recurrence of the Breach or to ensure the potential Breach will not recur. For the avoidance of doubt, if Agency determines notice required of any such Breach to any individual(s) or entity(ies), Agency will have sole control over the timing, content, and method of such notice, subject to Grantee’s obligations under applicable law.
COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH & SAFETY CODE § 25249 7(f) Xxxxxxxx agrees to comply with the reporting requirements referenced in Health & Safety Code § 25249.7(f).
Data Protection Act 7.1.1 The Supplier shall (and shall procure that its entire Staff) comply with any notification requirements under the DPA and both Parties will duly observe all their obligations under the DPA which arise in connection with the Contract.
