CLLI Codes means Common Language Location Identifier Codes.
CLLI Codes. Common Language Location Identifier Codes. Commission: The State Public Service or Public Utility Commission, as applicable. Common Channel Signaling (CCS): A high-speed, specialized, packet-switched communications network that is separate (out-of-band) from the public packet-switched and message networks. CCS carries addressed signaling messages for individual trunk circuits and/or database-related services between Signaling Points in the CCS network using SS7 signaling protocol. C ommercial Mobile Radio Services (“CMRS”) or Wireless: A radio communication service as set forth in 47 C.F.R. §20.3. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI): Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. §222 and shall also include any additional information specified pursuant to State law. Customer Service Record (CSR): A record detailing the services to which an End User subscribes from its Telecommunications provider(s).

  • There are three (3) basic formats for CLLI Codes: network entity, network support site, and customer site.

  • In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $2,740 to $5,490 for OC-3 Dedicated Access Service at 6 CLLI Codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

  • In the event the Customer orders Private Line circuits other than CLLI Codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company, then the Company reserves the right to lower the Interstate Private Line discount.

  • Other Requirements/Qualifying Conditions: In order to be eligible to receive Company service under this option, the Customer must satisfy the following requirements at the time of option enrollment: Dedicated Access Service: The Customer’s locations at 10 CLLI Codes and addresses mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company must be located at MCI Legacy Company LIT facilities.

  • Loss Absorption Regulations means, at any time, the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities and/or loss absorbing capacity instruments of the United Kingdom, the PRA, the United Kingdom resolution authority, the Financial Stability Board and/or of the European Parliament or of the Council of the European Union then in effect in the United Kingdom including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities and/or loss absorbing capacity instruments adopted by the PRA and/or the United Kingdom resolution authority from time to time (whether or not such regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Company or to the Regulatory Group).
