Common use of Related Accounts, Payment Intangibles, General Intangibles Clause in Contracts

Related Accounts, Payment Intangibles, General Intangibles. (1) all accounts, payment intangibles, general intangibles, instruments, documents (including documents of title), chattel paper, contract rights (including without limitation rights under any contracts with Subservicers), and proceeds, whether now or hereafter existing (including all of the Seller’s present and future rights to have and receive interest and other compensation, whether or not yet accrued, earned, due or payable), under or arising out of or relating to the Purchased Loans;

(1) all accounts, payment intangibles, general intangibles, instruments, documents (including documents of title), chattel paper, contract rights (including without limitation rights under any contracts with Subservicers), and proceeds, whether now or hereafter existing (including all of the Seller’s present and future rights to have and receive interest and other compensation, whether or not yet accrued, earned, due or payable), under or arising out of or relating to the Purchased Loans;

(1i) all accounts, payment intangibles, general intangibles, instruments, documents (including documents of title), chattel paper (including without limit electronic chattel paper and tangible chattel paper), contract rights (including without limitation rights under any contracts with Subservicers), and proceeds, whether now or hereafter existing (including all of the Seller’s present and future rights to have and receive interest and other compensation, whether or not yet accrued, earned, due or payable, and all other rights to payment), under or arising out of or relating to the Purchased Loans;
