Related Agreement. The Executive is executing on the date hereof a Confidentiality, Inventions and Non-Interference Agreement (as may be amended from time to time, the “Related Agreement”). It shall be a condition precedent to the Executive’s effective employment under this Agreement that the Executive shall have executed and delivered to the Company the Related Agreement. Executive hereby covenants and agrees to abide by the terms of the Related Agreement at all times.
