Related Arts. In the event that the class size for teachers whose teaching assignment is in the Related Arts/Specials Program, art, music, technology, or physical education and the class size limits, as provided in Article 41 of the Master Agreement are exceeded, the teachers shall be compensated at a rate of $8.00 (eight dollars) per student, per class, for each student who causes the teacher to exceed the limits.
