Related Bodies Corporate Sample Clauses
Related Bodies Corporate where you are located in Australia, has the meaning given to that term by section 9 Corporations Act; or
Related Bodies Corporate. 19.1 Interphone may provide the Service through the use of any of Inter- phone’s Related Bodies Corporate.
19.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any debt owed under this Contract is a debt owed to Interphone and that Interphone may take any necessary action in relation to any such debt notwith- standing that the right or obligation giving rise to the debt was satisfied by Interphone’s Related Bodies Corporate.
Related Bodies Corporate. Trident may perform any of its obligations under this Agreement by arranging for them to be performed by any of its Related Bodies Corporate.
Related Bodies Corporate. Each party must procure that no Related Body Corporate of that party does anything which this Agreement prohibits that party from doing. For the purpose of clarity this includes all Ensystex body corporates in the Territories which currently is as follows: Ensystex Australasia Pty Ltd Sydney Australia Ensystex New Zealand Ltd Auckland New Zealand Ensystex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam Ensystex Singapore Pte Ltd Singapore Singapore Ensystex (Hong Kong) Limited Hong Kong Hong Kong Ensystex Co., Ltd Bangkok Thailand RO Ensystex Co., Ltd Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Ensystex (Cambodia) Co. Ltd. Phnom Penh Cambodia Ensystex Philippines Inc. Manila Philippines PT Ensystex International Jakarta Indonesia Ensystex South Africa Pty Ltd Johannesburg Southern Africa, the Seychelles
Related Bodies Corporate. 21.1 Sat One Global may provide the Service through the use of any of Sat One Global’s Related Bodies Corporate.
21.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any debt owed under this Contract is a debt owed to Sat One Global and that Sat One Global may take any necessary action in relation to any such debt notwithstanding that the right or obligation giving rise to the debt was satisfied by Sat One Global’s Related Bodies Corporate.
Related Bodies Corporate. Where 2 or more Related Bodies Corporate enter into this Agreement as the RSP:

19.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any debt owed under this Contract is a debt owed to FibreNet and that FibreNet may take any necessary action in relation to any such debt notwithstanding that the right or obligation giving rise to the debt was satisfied by FibreNet’s Relat- ed Bodies Corporate.
Related Bodies Corporate. Each party acknowledges and agrees that if the other party enters into this deed as agent of a Related Body Corporate that each of its Related Bodies Corporate:
(a) has the same rights under, and benefits of, this deed as has the other party; and
(b) is entitled to enforce this deed in the same manner as the other party, as if it were itself a signatory to this deed.
Related Bodies Corporate. 21.1 BlueSky Telecom may provide the Service through the use of any of BlueSky Telecom’s Related Bodies Corporate.
21.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any debt owed under this Contract is a debt owed to BlueSky Telecom and that BlueSky Telecom may take any necessary action in relation to any such debt notwithstanding that the right or obligation giving rise to the debt was satisfied by BlueSky Telecom’s Related Bodies Corporate.
Related Bodies Corporate. Where this Agreement relates to any related body corporate of Synaco Group Limited, I agree that Synaco Group Limited holds the benefits of this Agreement relating to the related body corporate on trust for the related body corporate and that Synaco Group Limited may enforce this Agreement on behalf of the related body corporate and that any related body corporate may itself enforce this Agreement as it relates to it.
