Brunei Darussalam definition

Brunei Darussalam means the territory of Brunei Darussalam including its territorial sea, extending to the airspace above such territory, over which it exercises sovereignty, and the maritime area beyond its territorial sea, including sea-bed and subsoil, which has been or may hereafter be designated under the laws of Brunei Darussalam as an area over which it exercises sovereign rights and jurisdiction in accordance with international law;
Brunei Darussalam means; the territory of Brunei Darussalam and the territorial waters of Brunei Darussalam extending to the airspace above them and the sea-bed and subsoil of the territorial waters, over which its exercises its sovereignty, and includes any area extending beyond the limits of the territorial waters of Brunei Darussalam, and the sea-bed and subsoil of any such area, which has been or may hereafter be designated under the laws of Brunei Darussalam as in accordance with international law as an area over which Brunei Darussalam has sovereign rights and jurisdiction for the purposes of exploring and exploiting the natural resources, whether living or non- living: Provided that nothing contained in the above definition shall be construed as conferring recognition or acceptance by one State of the outstanding maritime and territorial claims made by the other State, nor shall be taken as pre-judging the determination of such claims;
Brunei Darussalam means the State of Brunei Darussalam and includes the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam and Negara Brunei Darussalam and also includes the continental shelf;

  • The seat and place of arbitration shall be Brunei Darussalam, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

  • However, if We are legally required to pay any judgment sum in respect of a claim under Section B of this Policy because of laws in force in Malaysia, Republic of Singapore or Negara Brunei Darussalam, which We would otherwise not have to pay, We have the right to ask You or Your Authorised Rider to repay to Us the amount of that payment and any costs We have incurred in connection with the claim.

  • Tindakan undang-undang mengikut undang-undang Negara Brunei Darussalam Legal action in accordance to the Law of Brunei Darussalam.

  • I/We DECLARE that I/We or any person representing my/our firm/Company will obey all regulations and laws in Brunei Darussalam and will not commit any offence related to government procurement, as reproduced in Annex 1.
