Related Products. Seller hereby agrees to provide and convey to Buyer all Related Products during the Term. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to all Related Products and Seller agrees to convey and hereby conveys all such Related Products to the Buyer. Buyer shall have the exclusive right to the Related Products and all benefits derived therefrom, including the exclusive right to sell, convey, transfer, allocate, designate, award, report or otherwise provide any and all of the Related Products purchased under this Agreement and the right to all revenues generated from the use, sale or marketing of such Related Products.
