Relations with Customers. 3.4.1 In accordance with Article 29(c) of the Telecommunications Law, the conditions of Customer contracts between Customers and the Licensee shall be governed by this License Agreement and by Regulations relating to customer protection. 3.4.2 In accordance with Article 29(d) of the Telecommunications Law, the TRC reserves its right to require the Licensee to provide a financial guarantee in order to reimburse the amounts due to Customers, such as fees and deposits, in case the Operating License is revoked and/or the License Agreement is terminated. This financial guarantee is subject to regulation on a basis determined by the TRC.
