Relations with Members. Unless named in this Agreement as a Member, or unless admitted to the Company as a Substituted Member or an Additional Member as provided in this Agreement, no Person shall be considered a Member. Subject to Article VIII hereof, the Company and the Board of Managers need deal only with Persons so named or admitted as Members.
