Relationship of PDL to FMLA and CFRA Leaves. Pregnancy disability leave shall run concurrently with FMLA leave. An eligible employee is entitled to a maximum of four months of pregnancy disability leave for the period of actual disability and an additional maximum of 12 workweeks of CFRA leave to care for the newborn child.
