Common use of Relationship of the Participants Clause in Contracts

Relationship of the Participants. 28.1 Each of Us will not pledge the credit of one or more other Participants or represent Ourselves as being one or more other Participants, or an agent, partner, employee or representative of one or more other Participants and none of Us will hold Ourselves out as such or as having any power or authority to incur any obligation of any nature, express or implied, on behalf of one or more other Participants.
