RELATIONSHIP OF THE TRUST TO PLAN. The Plan and this Agreement shall be read and construed together. The terms of the Plan shall prevail over the terms of this Agreement in cases of conflict, except that this Agreement shall prevail in matters relating to the rights, duties, and liabilities of the Trustee (or Custodian, if applicable). Nothing contained in the Plan shall be deemed to impose any additional rights, duties, and liabilities on the Trustee (or Custodian, if applicable).
