Employee Classification. This waiver applies to the following Employees (select one and complete, as applicable):

Employee Classification. (a) Full-time (FT) employees are regularly thirty-two (32) hours or more per week.
(b) Part-time (PT) employees will be those employees regularly scheduled to work less than thirty-two (32) hours per week.
(c) Casual employees do not have regular scheduled work hours.

Employee Classification. The Employer shall staff the bargaining units as defined in Article 1 of this Agreement with full-time employees and Postal Support Employees (PSEs) as deemed necessary to carry out the mission of the U.S.
Employee Classification i. Copyists and other Music Preparation musicians (including Librarians, Proofreaders and Sound Consultants) shall be paid in accordance with the applicable rates set forth in paragraph “C.” below.
ii. The Supervising Copyist secures the services of other copyists.
iii. The Supervising Copyist may also be the Music Librarian. Librarians shall have supervision over all Assistant Librarians, Copyists and Proofreaders employed on all engagements.
iv. A Music Librarian is not permitted to perform the duties of any other classification of work enumerated herein except for the position of Supervising Copyist; however when two (2) or fewer Copyists are engaged, a Librarian is permitted to do copying work. Additionally, a Music Librarian employed at the recording session may do any emergency copying or make any corrections to music at the scoring stage.
Employee Classification. 2.1 a) Probationary Employees are those who are hired with the understanding that they will become Regular Employees provided that during the Probationary Period of one hundred and ten (110) days worked, they exhibit the required ability and qualifications. Such period of time may be extended for an additional (110) days worked by mutual consent of the parties.
Employee Classification. Full Time - Employees working six (6) hours or more per day for forty-eight (48) weeks or more per year. School Year - Employees working six (6) hours or more per day and at least a school year or more, but less than forty-eight (48) weeks.

(a) The nature of the work performed by employees;
(b) The skills or qualifications of employees;

(a) Full-time, means an employee hired on to fillan establishedfull- time positionand has successfully completedthe probationaryperiod. Regular Pari-time, means an employee working on a regular basis for less than the regular working schedule for a day or week, as defined in the hours of work Article, but not less than TWENTY (20) hours per week and has successfully completed the probationaryperiod. means an employee working on a scheduled basis for LESS than TWENTY (20) hours per week.
Employee Classification. 1.05.01 CHIEF OF SURVEY - One who directs the activities of several survey crews, organizes the field work and may act as a working Party Chief.
