Relationship To Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement (i) shall confer upon the Optionee any right with respect to continuance of Optionee’s employment by, or affiliation with, or relationship to, the Company, or (ii) shall interfere in any way with the right of the Company at any time to terminate the Optionee’s employment by, position or affiliation with, or relationship to, the Company.
