Relationship to Related Contracts. If the Parties hereinafter enter into a contract that requires or permits use or disclosure of Proprietary Information disclosed pursuant to this Agreement, the terms of such contract requiring or permitting such use or disclosure shall to that extent, supersede the provisions of this Agreement.
