RELEASE AND EXPIRY. 5.1 Upon service of confirmation by xxx Xxxxxxxxxx that the Development Consent Obligation has been completed, performance discharge or other fulfilment of the obligations of Suffolk County Council, East Suffolk Council, West Suffolk Council or xxx Xxxxxxxxxx under the terms of this Deed shall absolutely cease and determine save in respect of any antecedent breach.
