RELEASE AND WAIVER OF SUBROGATION RIGHTS. The Parties hereto, for themselves and anyone claiming through or under them, hereby release and waive any and all rights of recovery, claim, action or cause of action, against each other, their respective agents, directors, officers and employees, for any loss or damage to all property, whether real, personal or mixed, located in the Premises, by reason of any cause against which the releasing Party is actually insured or, regardless of the releasing Party’s actual insurance coverage, against which the releasing Party is required to be insured pursuant to the provisions of Sections
