Release Based on Contract Alone. Executive warrants and represents that no promise or inducement has been offered or made for this Agreement, except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement. Executive agrees that this Agreement is executed without reliance on any statements or any representations, express or implied, not contained in this Agreement, and without express, implied or presumed reliance on any duty such as, but not limited to, a fiduciary duty to speak or inform another concerning any fact or circumstance.
