Compliance with Company Policy. During the Term, the Executive shall observe all Company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and practices in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, such policies and procedures as are contained in the Company policy and procedures manual, as may be amended or superseded from time to time.
Compliance with Company Policy. The Participant will comply with all lawful policies, practices and procedures of the Company, as these may be implemented and/or changed by the Company from time to time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Participant acknowledges that the Company may from time to time have agreements with other Persons which impose obligations or restrictions on the Company regarding Intellectual Property, as defined below, created during the course of work under such agreements and/or regarding the confidential nature of such work. The Participant will comply with and be bound by all such obligations and restrictions which the Company conveys to the Participant and will take all actions necessary (to the extent within Participant’s power and authority) to discharge the obligations of the Company under such agreements.
Compliance with Company Policy. During the continuance of Executive’s employment, Executive shall observe the terms of any policy issued by the Company in relation to payments, rebates, discounts, gifts, entertainment or other benefits from any third party in respect of any business transacted or proposed to be transacted (whether or not by Executive) by or on behalf of the Company or any member of the Company.

Compliance with Company Policy. Consultant's personnel performing Services on Company's premises shall observe in all material respects all security and safety rules and all other applicable rules and policies in force at the site of the Services. 7.17
