No Right to Reemployment. I understand and agree that my employment with the Company is terminated effective as of the Termination Date and I have no express or implied right or entitlement to reinstatement or reemployment with the Company following my Termination Date. I agree that the Company may use this Agreement as the sole reason to reject any inquiry or application for employment I may make.

Executive understands, acknowledges and agrees that his employment with the Company will terminate effective as of the Resignation Date and Executive will have no express or implied right or entitlement to reinstatement or reemployment with the Company following the Resignation Date. No Right to Reemployment. Employee acknowledges that neither Company nor any of the other Released Parties will ever be obligated to employ or reemploy Employee after he signs this Release.

No Right to Reemployment. Executive understands and agrees that, as a condition of this Agreement, Executive shall not be entitled to any employment with the Company, and Executive hereby waives any right, or alleged right, of employment or re-employment with the Company.

Xxxxxxx agrees that he shall have no right to apply for any job with UNFI in the future or otherwise seek reinstatement, employment, or reemployment with UNFI, directly or indirectly, either as an employee, independent contractor, or temporary employee. Xxxxxxx further agrees that UNFI may reject with impunity any application for employment that he might make and treat any such application as a nullity.
No Right to Reemployment. Employee agrees that the Company or any of its affiliated entities has no obligation, contractual or otherwise, to rehire, re-employ, or recall Employee in the future.
No Right to Reemployment. Employee shall have no, and hereby specifically waives any, right to reinstatement, re-hire, or further employment with SMTC following the Separation Date. Should Employee make any application for employment with SMTC or any of the other Released Parties in the future, Employee shall be denied employment or other remunerative relationship with SMTC or the Released Parties without SMTC or any of the Released Parties incurring any liability. This Agreement shall constitute a legitimate, nondiscriminatory reason and non-retaliatory reason for refusal to employ Employee.
