Common use of Release Documents Clause in Contracts

The Servicer is authorized to execute and deliver, on behalf of itself, the Issuer, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders, any documents of satisfaction, cancellation, partial or full release or discharge, and other comparable documents, for the Receivables and the Financed Vehicles.
