Common use of Release Documents Clause in Contracts

Release Documents. The Agent shall have delivered to the Borrower appropriate release documentation necessary to release all security interests granted by the Borrower, BPC, 1333 or Burlington in its properties and assets, including, without limitation, appropriate releases of mortgages and deeds of trust and UCC termination statements, and shall have made satisfactory arrangements for the return of the promissory notes issued under the Existing Agreement described in ss.11.20.
