Release During Work Time. Time during work hours will be allowed the union representative for attendance at meetings pursuant to Section 6.12 with the College. Time will be allowed for the union representative to discuss with the employees grievances and appropriate matters directly related to work situations in their area or craft. The union representative will minimize the use of work time in the handling of such matters and will endeavor to not interfere with employees carrying out their regular work assignments.
