Common use of Release of Construction Covenants Clause in Contracts

Release of Construction Covenants. Following Completion of the Improvements on the Property in accordance with the DDA, City shall record a Release of Construction Covenants on the Property in accordance with Section 324 of the DDA. Following City’s recording of the Release of Construction Covenants, the covenants contained in Paragraph 1 herein, relating only to the development and construction of the Improvements, shall terminate and be of no further force and effect with respect to the Property.

Release of Construction Covenants. Following Completion of the Improvements on the Property in accordance with the DDAGrant Agreement, City shall record a Release of Construction Covenants on the Property in accordance with Section 324 215 of the DDAGrant Agreement. Following City’s recording of the Release of Construction Covenants, the covenants contained in Paragraph 1 herein, relating only to the development rehabilitation and construction improvement of the Improvements, shall terminate and be of no further force and effect with respect to the Property.

Release of Construction Covenants. Following Completion of the Improvements on the Property Properties in accordance with the DDAGrant Agreement, City shall record a Release of Construction Covenants on the Property Properties in accordance with Section 324 215 of the DDAGrant Agreement. Following City’s recording of the Release of Construction Covenants, the covenants contained in Paragraph 1 herein, relating only to the development rehabilitation and construction improvement of the Improvements, shall terminate and be of no further force and effect with respect to the PropertyProperties.

Following Completion of the Improvements on the Property in accordance with the DDA, City shall issue and record a Release of Construction Covenants on the Property in accordance with Section 324 of the DDACovenants. Following City’s recording of the Release of Construction Covenants, the covenants contained in Paragraph Section 1 herein, relating only to the development and construction of the Improvements, Improvements shall terminate and be of no further force and effect with respect to the Property.

Following the City’s recording of the Release of Construction Covenants, the covenants contained in Paragraph 1 herein, relating only to the development and construction rehabilitation of the ImprovementsImprovements thereon, shall terminate and be of no further force and effect with respect to the Property.

Following Completion of the Improvements on the Property in accordance with the DDA and satisfaction of certain other conditions, as specified in the DDA, City shall record a Release of Construction Covenants on the Property in accordance with Section 324 of the DDA. Following City’s recording of the Release of Construction Covenants, the covenants contained in Paragraph Section 1 herein, relating only to the development and construction of the Improvements, shall terminate and be of no further force and effect with respect to the Property.
