Common use of Release of Construction Covenants Clause in Contracts

Release of Construction Covenants. a. Promptly after Completion, and upon Owner’s written request, the Agency shall deliver to Owner a Release of Construction Covenants. The Agency shall not unreasonably withhold any such Release of Construction Covenants. Such Release of Construction Covenants shall be, and shall so state, conclusive determination of satisfactory completion of the development and construction of the Leasehold Improvements required by this Agreement.

Such Release of Construction Covenants shall be, and shall so state, conclusive determination of satisfactory completion of the development and construction Scope of the Leasehold Improvements Development (Attachment No. 3) required by this Agreement and the release of Developer’s construction obligations under this Agreement.
