Common use of Release of Documents Clause in Contracts

Release of Documents. Upon written instructions from the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer shall release or cause to be released any document in the Receivable Files to the Indenture Trustee, the Indenture Trustee's agent or the Indenture Trustee's designee, as the case may be, at such place or places as the Indenture Trustee may reasonably designate, as soon as is reasonably practicable, to the extent it does not unreasonably interfere with the Servicer's normal operations. The Servicer shall not be responsible for any loss occasioned by the failure of the Indenture Trustee or its agent or designee to return any document or any delay in doing so.

Release of Documents. Upon written instructions instruction from the Indenture Trustee (or, if the Notes have been paid in full, from the Owner Trustee), the Servicer shall release or cause to be released any document in the Receivable Files to the Indenture Trustee or Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee's agent or the Indenture Trustee's their respective agents or designee, as the case may be, at such place or places as the Indenture Trustee such Person may reasonably designate, designate as soon as is reasonably practicable, practicable to the extent it does not unreasonably interfere with the Servicer's normal operationsoperations or customer or employee relations.
