Common use of Release of Equity Interest Pledge Clause in Contracts

Release of Equity Interest Pledge. Upon full and complete performance of all Contractual Obligations and repayment of all the Guaranteed Liabilities by the Pledgors and the Company, the Pledgee shall, according to the requirements of the Pledgors, release the Equity Interest Pledge hereunder, and cooperate with the Pledgors in handling the cancellation of the Equity Interest Pledge record in the shareholders register of the Company. Reasonable fees incurred in the release of the Equity Interest Pledge shall be borne by the Pledgee.
