Release of Hazardous Materials. Purchaser acknowledges that, except with respect to any representations, warranties or other agreements of Seller expressly provided herein or in the Closing documents, Seller is not in any manner responsible to Purchaser for the presence of any Hazardous Materials at, on, in, under or relating to the Property, if any.
