Common use of RELEASE OF INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING Clause in Contracts

RELEASE OF INFORMATION AND ADVERTISING. Except as required by law, no public release of any information, or confirmation or denial of same, with respect to this Order or the subject matter hereof, will be made by Seller without the prior written approval of Buyer. Additionally, Seller shall not use the name “Northrop Grumman” or in any other way identify Buyer in any advertisement, display, news release, or other public disclosure without Buyer’s prior written consent.
