Subconsultant Insurance. All Subconsultants’ insurance will meet all insurance requirements of Consultant as provided in this Exhibit, including, but not limited to, the types of insurance, extent and durations of coverages, and notice requirements, except that the limits of insurance for Subconsultants will be no less than the following: Architect:

Subconsultant Insurance. In the event Consultant subcontracts any portion of its performance, the agreement between Consultant and the subconsultant shall require the subconsultant to carry the same policies of insurance that Consultant is required to maintain pursuant to this Agreement.

Subconsultant Insurance. The subconsultants to the Architect shall carry the following minimum insurance limits for the duration of the agreement. General Liability of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) in the aggregate. Workers Compensation at statutory limits. Professional Liability covering subconsultants negligent acts, errors and omissions in its performance of professional services with policy limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per claim and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in aggregate unless noted below. Automotive Liability covering owned and rented vehicles operated by the Architect with policy limits of not less than one million dollars ($ 1,000,000.00 ) combined single limit and aggregate for bodily injury and property damage. Professional Liability for the structural engineer must meet the limits of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) per claim and two million dollars ($2,000,000) in aggregate. Themechanical/electrical/plumbing engineer, must meet limits of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) per claim and four million dollars ($4,000,000.00) in aggregate.
Subconsultant Insurance. Insurance required of the CONSULTANT shall be also provided by subconsultants or by CONSULTANT on behalf of all sub- consultants to cover their services performed under this Contract. CONSULTANT may reduce the amounts and types of insurance limits provided by sub-consultants to be proportionate to the amount of the sub-consultant’s contract and the level of liability exposure for the specific type of work performed by the sub-consultant. CONSULTANT shall be held responsible for all modifications, deviations, or omissions in these insurance requirements as they apply to subconsultant.
Subconsultant Insurance. Consultant must require subconsultants to maintain the same types and limits of coverage in compliance with this Contract, including naming the City as an additional insured to the subconsultant’s policies. Consultant must also get the Additional Insured Endorsement from the Subconsultant to meet the requirements of this Section. Upon request, Consultant must provide evidence of such insurance and all endorsements.

Subconsultant Insurance. Without limiting any of the other obligations or liabilities of Landscape Architect, Landscape Architect shall require each subconsultant performing work under this Contract to maintain during the term of this Contract, at the subconsultant's own expense, the same stipulated minimum insurance required in Article 25, Section (1) above, including the required provisions and additional policy conditions as shown below in Article 25, Section (3). Landscape Architect shall obtain and monitor the certificates of insurance from each subconsultant in order to assure compliance with the insurance requirements. Landscape Architect must retain the certificates of insurance for the duration of this Contract, and shall have the responsibility of enforcing these insurance requirements among its subconsultants. City shall be entitled, upon request and without expense, to receive copies of these certificates of insurance.
Subconsultant Insurance. 7.3.1 Contractor’s certificate(s) shall include all Subcontractors as insureds under its policies. All coverages for Subcontractors shall be subject to the minimum requirements identified above.
