Common use of Release of Lessor Parties Clause in Contracts

Release of Lessor Parties. Lessee hereby waives, releases and discharges each Lessor Party and its directors, officers, employees, agents and advisors from all claims whatsoever arising out of any loss, claim, expense or damage to or destruction covered or coverable by insurance required under this Paragraph 3.03, notwithstanding that such loss, claim, expense or damage may have been caused by any such Person, and, as among Lessee and such Persons, Lessee agrees to look to the insurance coverage only in the event of such loss.
