Common use of Release of Releasees Clause in Contracts

Release of Releasees. ‌ (1) Upon the Effective Date, subject to Section 7.2, in consideration of payment of the Electrolytic Settlement Amount, whether or not any individual Electrolytic Releasor collects such payment, and for other valuable consideration set forth in this Settlement Agreement, the Electrolytic Releasors forever and absolutely release and forever discharge the Settling Defendants and other Releasees from the Released Electrolytic Claims.
