Common use of Release of Surety Clause in Contracts

Release of Surety. 10.1 The Surety is not to be released from any liability under this Bond by reason of (a) Any alteration in the terms or conditions of the Concession. (b) Any forbearance or waiver or allowance of time by the Minister in respect of any obligation of the Concessionaire under the Concession or in respect of any default by the Concessionaire. (c) Any variation of the amount of the Bond Sum.
