Common use of Release of TeamCo Clause in Contracts

Release of TeamCo. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent specified in Section 5.1 or Section 5.2 hereof, as applicable, TeamCo shall be relieved from any obligations arising under this Non-Relocation Agreement after the date any sale, transfer or Assignment is consummated.
