Common use of Release Support Period Clause in Contracts

Release Support Period. Upland shall support a release of the Application if such release (a) was made generally available during the previous twelve months; and (b) is no more than one major release (e.g. 2.0 to 3.0) behind the most current release of the Application. Major release upgrades are not included in the Fee and must be purchased separately. Other versions of the Application will not be supported unless Upland and Customer mutually agree otherwise in writing. Customer acknowledges that Xxxxxx’s obligations hereunder apply only to production versions of the Application.
