Release Time for Negotiation Sample Clauses

Release Time for Negotiation. Up to four (4) workers will be granted reasonable period of release time, without loss of pay or benefits, for the purpose of taking part in negotiations with the Employer. The amount and scheduling of such release time will be by mutual agreement.

Release Time for Negotiation. Association shall have the right to designate no more than five (5) Chapter unit members, who shall be given reasonable paid release time to participate in negotiations.
